Never paid me my $10

So ive been playing this game for a while now and finally reached the minimum cash out requirement which is $10 and I decided to cash out and it said it would take 7 days to process and its been a good two or three weeks and nothing has happened... So disappointed :/
I only gave it two stars because its not that bad of a game tbh
