So disappointing

I loved this app when I first started, got up to $6 and then nothing. Barely get extra spins. I was telling everyone how cool it was, now I am embarrassed. My husband somehow got up to $9 and then everything stopped. My poor daughter has been playing for almost 2 months, has only won $1. I just told her about the update and she started playing. She had over 100 credits, she played over 30, nothing. Not even 1 extra spin. So much for easier winning.
